We are centrally located in Santa Cruz, the best and most convenient part of Huatulco to base yourself! Its a quick 5 minute walk to Santa Cruz beach where you can swim in the calm protected bay, enjoy beverages at one of the many restaurants or rent a kayak or paddle board to explore the bay. If you choose - you can go snorkeling or just relax on the sand on the numerous other nearby beaches they are a short and inexpensive taxi ride away.
The Penthouse apartment is over 2000 sq ft, plenty of space to for everyone to relax with extra high ceilings and plenty of natural light. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms (1 with a pullout couch), 4 outdoor terraces (2 large and 2 small), a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.
**In 2023 we upgraded the internet to high speed Starlink internet. No more slow WIFI or outages that typical in the area**
Located on the top floor of a 3 level building, It has high ceilings and good air flow that keep the apartment cool. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan & air conditioning if you need to cool off. Please not the living room and dining room area is cooled by ceiling fans and does not have AC.
There are numerous beach clubs with pool access within a 10 min walk of the building that fit a variety of budgets. If you prefer the pool to the ocean you have the best of both worlds!
Huatulco is in the border of Sierra Madre mountains and has 9 bays and 32 pristine beaches. It is a relaxed destination, with a focus on sustainability and environmentally friendly practices. In 2005, Huatulco was the first community in the Americas to be awarded the Green Globe International Certification as a sustainable tourist area.
