Adjacent to the kitchen, the first bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, while a second bedroom on this floor offers a queen-sized bed. Both share a renovated bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. On the third floor, discover the third bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a full ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.

Please note that being a historical home, there are additional considerations. Given its age and historical significance, the insulation may not meet modern standards. During exceptionally hot months, the HVAC system may face challenges in keeping up with cooling demands. We value transparency and disclose this information to ensure you make an informed decision.
