Positive: Rare in Egypt and especially in Hurghada, the listing on booking.com is accurate. The photos are accurate, the property details are true. This owner offers peace of mind, is trustworthy. I shouldn’t have to mention “clean” as a good thing, everywhere should be clean, but it isn’t the case in Egypt or Hurghada. But this property was clean. Very nice! The decoration is nice, modern, to occidental taste. The plants, the finishes, the chest of drawer with the mirror are little touches that makes feel cozy. Not being treated like tourist meat. The bathroom is comfortable. Not perfect on everything, but for the price and in comparison with other scams in the same estate (not every Scandic flat is the same, far from it!!), this particular flat and owner are a perfect combo for us. The flat is big enough for fit comfortably a family of 4, with potential for 5.
Negative: Some minor aspects that didn’t bother us too much, she shower head tilting a bit. Minor. The sheets are silky but start to show tear (bubbles of fabric), so not as comfy as new silky sheets, but good enough. Bothered my wife but not me. Minor thing. Not enough to lower my rating of 9. The quality/price still deserves a 9.
