You’ll have this 3 bed, 1.5 bath house to yourself in a quiet neighborhood with ample street parking The Barn Owl is centrally located to everything you want from the Champaign-Urbana area: ★5 min to UIUC campus and Campustown neighborhood ★3 min to downtown Champaign restaurants, bars, cafes, theater ★5 min to Champaign’s largest shopping center for groceries, pharmacy, apparel, everything! ★7 min to big games at the State Farm Center arena ★8 min to Carle Foundation Hospital Enjoy the playground, skate park, and picnics at Spalding Park just footsteps away. Or for a quick day trip, see the sculptures, gardens, and beautiful grounds at the Allerton Park & Retreat Center just half an hour away. This comfortable 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house makes a great home base for your trip. It features plenty of kitchenware, a dishwasher, and a large dining area. There’s a huge selection at the coffee and tea bar, and deluxe couch and swivel chair in the family/TV room. There is a TV in the front bedroom and a 4K Roku smart TV in the living room. Be sure to have your streaming service logins to use with the Roku TV. The 2nd floor features two brand new queen beds and a daybed with rolling trundle. The trundle easily rolls out from under the daybed for a total of two twin mattresses. The daybed is a comfortable fit for adults even as tall as 6’4”. Each bedroom features a closet and/or dresser. The shower is in the upstairs bathroom which is stocked with essentials for your visit. In this hygge-styled home you’ll find the most inviting chairs with cable-knit throws, relaxing cream tones, and a sunny enclosed porch. Soft colors and natural wood tones abound. Fun amenities throughout the house will make for a memorable stay. There are board games, children’s books, and activities to keep little ones busy. Other family amenities include: a pack n play, high chair, baby gate, child dishware, and night lights. In the spacious backyard you’ll find the back deck with outdoor dining area and a fire pit. Place a pin in the world map and see where other guests have come from. You will have the entire house and yard to yourself. Please be sure to only park on your side of the shared driveway, located on the left side of the house. Watch your step in the upstairs bathroom as there is a step in the floor.
