Welcome to our beautifully private, one-bedroom upstairs haven, tucked away at the back of our family’s serene three-acre property. This charming guesthouse is split into two distinct units, with each having its own private entrance. Here, you’ll find a shared laundry area equipped with a spacious washer and dryer, making longer stays convenient and comfortable.
Step inside this newly renovated, sunlit upstairs unit, where cozy meets contemporary. The suite includes a peaceful bedroom, a full bathroom, a welcoming living room, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the essentials. Settle in for an evening with the smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, or head out to your private balcony, where the scenic hillside views invite you to unwind. NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY
When you arrive at our peaceful three-acre property, follow the gravel road to the left of the main house and park conveniently behind the guesthouse. You’ll have direct access to your private upstairs unit, as well as the shared laundry area located downstairs.
Your entry is easy to find: simply head to the back of the house and look for the BLUE glass door, followed by another solid blue door leading up to your retreat. The day before your arrival, we’ll send you a personalized door code for seamless entry. When you arrive, please park on the gravel area for easy access.
During your stay, feel free to explore and make the most of the entire property! You’ll have access to the expansive upper level, barn gym, relaxing sunroom, two cozy fire pits, a large pool, and hot tub — perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring wine country.
Things to Note: This upstairs unit requires two sets of stairs to access. The first set includes five steps from the outside to enter the house, followed by a staircase with about 15 steps that leads directly to the upper unit.

Our property is perfectly situated just 20 minutes from downtown Napa. For a scenic drive, skip the highway and take the beautiful 15-mile back corridor through Wooden Valley. This route winds through pristine countryside, over rolling hills, and brings you into Napa near the Atlas Peak AVA and the world-famous Silverado Trail. If you prefer quicker access, take I-80 to Highway 12 (Jameson Canyon Road). We’re happy to provide detailed directions to ensure a smooth journey!
