Positive: The hotel/castle was beautiful. The greeting was lovely and simplistic It was a very relaxed stay with no pressure The swimming pool and sauna was welcome The history and feel to the hotel and grounds was amazing The town is quaint and quiet. The drive to the hotel is mountainous and beautiful

Negative: This was by far one of the most wonderful hotels and places to stay, the only reason a 5* was not given was due to our upset amd stress on return at being accused of not paying a dinner bill(which you had to pay pn leaving!)When certainly did pay and proved. There was also a very restricted vegetarian diet and you would struggle to be vegan or gluten free The food was beautifully presented, but very salty ans oily. More a European taste
