The 42 sqm non-smoking - wooden cottage for up to two adults and two children has a living room (couch, flat screen TV) with open kitchen area (electric hotplates, refrigerator, div. Kitchen appliances) and a dining corner, a bedroom (double bed) and bathroom with shower / WC. A staircase is an open sleeping loft with two mattresses (low ceiling height!) reachable. The house is equipped with electric radiators.
Only a few minutes walk from the beautiful bathing area at Kummerower See and almost Visavis the restored castle complex are on the approximately 980 square meters large, fenced residential property of the owners two separate cottages for up to 4 people. In the garden there is a well-kept pool area with sun loungers (about 7 x 3.50 m, usable from June to September, please note house rules!) There is also a covered seating and barbecue area with a fireplace grill that can be used by all guests. For both non-smoking houses are also own terraces or Sitting areas (smoking allowed here), parking spaces and storage for bicycles available. The exact features can be found in the room description. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen and water costs. Towels are please bring your own. To be paid on site: Electricity according to consumption, pet (if applicable) 3 EUR / Ü plus one-time cleaning fee of 20 EUR. In this object, the journey of a small dog up to a Rist height of 30 cm is allowed. All other animals must be approved by the owner before booking. The pet must be registered with the booking. If an entry note is not possible, a late registration must be made.
Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 16:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
