RESORT BACKYARD, HEATABLE POOL.* GORGEOUS home located just 5 minutes from Old Town, the heart of Scottsdale's social scene! Fab decor, large living spaces, smart TV's, fully-equipped kitchen, indoor ping pong! Backyard is KILLER! Sparkling heatable pool* w/baja deck & removable fencing, lighted putting green, outdoor dining, chaise lounges, gas fire pit, corn hole, Giant Jenga.
Sleeping up to 8 people, this is a great space for families and groups of friends! This fabulous house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; a queen sofa bed; a recreation room with indoor ping pong; huge kitchen/dining/living room space; full-size washer & dryer; and a professionally-designed backyard with a huge pool that just beckons you to spend your days soaking up the sun, and your evenings soaking up the ambiance! *Pool can be heated to around 84°, depending on air temps. If air temps falls below 55°. PLEASE SEE ADD’L NOTES RE: POOL HEATING*.
The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and has one king bed.
Bedroom #2 has one queen bed.
Bedroom #3 sleeps 2 with two twin XL beds.
The living room has a queen sofa bed and sleeps 2.
The bed and bath linens are exquisite and will elevate your experience for sure!
You'll find bedside USB chargers and ample storage in every bedroom. There are plenty of coat hangers in every closet, and all bedrooms have luggage racks and ceiling fans.
For your little ones, there is a high chair and a Pack 'n Play at the house.
Coffee, laundry supplies, pool towels, body wash, shampoo, & conditioner are ALL SUPPLIED!
The house is located just 5 minutes from Old Town - fabulous restaurants, bars, hiking, shopping, Spring Training, Talking Stick Resort, Top Golf, ASU, the Phoenix Zoo, an aquarium, and Butterfly Wonderland.
*Fee to heat the pool between March 1st & May 31st is $100 plus $20/per night. Pool heating fee is waived from Oct 1st through end of February because if air temps below 50 degrees, water could potentially not reach 84 degrees.
TERMS/CONDITIONS/HOUSE RULES:
1. QUIET HOURS are from 10pm to 8am. This is a quiet residential neighborhood filled with families. Out of respect for the neighbors, and in compliance with City Ordinances, Quiet Hours are strictly enforced. Please be mindful of anything other than quiet noise in the backyard after 10pm. We use passive noise monitoring technology that tracks the volume level of noise (and only the volume level). If that noise rises beyond a reasonable level during quiet hours, it will send an alert to the police. Any fines as a result will be passed on to the guest.
2. NO OUTSIDE GUESTS. Allowing anyone on the premises who is not a member of your registered group is restricted; pre-approval by host is required.
3. NO PARTIES/GATHERINGS. The reservation is for the number of guests listed on the reservation; the presence of any undisclosed overnight guests will result in an immediate cancellation of the trip without any refund.
4. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR PROPERTY CONTENTS. Guests are responsible for treating the home and its contents with the utmost care. Any damaged or missing items will be charged to guest - this includes BATH AND BED LINENS. Black towels are provided to remove face makeup; please use these to avoid staining white linens and incurring replacement costs.
5. SECURITY CAMERAS are active and monitor anyone entering or exiting the house.
6. NO SMOKING of any kind indoors (this includes vaping). Feel free to smoke outside, but please don't smoke in front of open doors and windows. If we have to mitigate smoke damage, the cleaners charge a $500 fee which will be passed on to you.
7. NO GLASS OR CERAMIC DINNERWARE/DRINKWARE is permitted outdoors. Plastic glasses, plates, and bowls are provided for your outdoor fun.
8. POOLS ARE DANGEROUS. Please never allow a child in the backyard unsupervised. The pool is not fenced, but there is temporary fencing on the side of the house for your use, if you'd like!
9. DIVING & RUNNING are not permitted in and around the pool.
10. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. By booking & paying for a reservation, guests waive all responsibility of the managers and/or property owners when using the pool.
11. NO PETS are allowed on the property.
12. CHECK OUT is at 11 am. Late check-outs will delay our cleaners and result in a $25 charge each quarter hour.
13. Please don’t tamper with POOL EQUIPMENT.
14. No food or drink is permitted on the PING PONG TABLE.
15. GUEST VERIFICATIONS/ID'S REQUIRED. By requesting a reservation or booking a stay, you give permission to the property manager/host to use a third-party to conduct guests screenings, including verifying your identity in order to confirm your reservation. You will receive an email from "Safely" to complete your screening; this email is NOT spam and must be completed to have a confirmed reservation.
