3 Bedroom House in First Bight, Roatan
We are on Roatan's south shore just short beach walk to famous CoCo View dive resort, and have a special agreement with CCV for guest services including unlimited scuba packages and daily meal plan. Rate is per person and includes airport transfers, maid service, bicycles, and access to all resort facilities, activities and entertainment. Some of the best wall diving on Roatan is right out the front door so my house is fantastic for scuba divers, serious snorkelers, or those who want a great space in a quiet oceanfront get-away. It's perfect for families with mixed interests, let the divers go diving then come back home to a cold beer.
My two story house sits just feet away from the seashore and has a porch and balcony on each level making it wide open to incredible views and fresh sea breezes. A vaulted 25ft ceiling and lots of windows give an outdoor look and feel even indoors. Each bedroom has its own temperature controlled mini-split AC unit. There's full kitchen and service for eight or more. Advance provisioning is available.
The ocean is out the front door and a deep water canal with boat slip is in the rear.. no extra charge if you happen to have your own boat.
There's no public road access, it's a 5 minute boat ride (transfers included) to get out to us on the reef, but what a gorgeous private beach and stay! You'll have plenty to do, and plenty to come home to. Rental cars and island tours are available, and with our location mid-island on the south shore, nothing is too far away. On site management, maintenance, and night time security personnel tend to your stay.
