A nautical theme runs through three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an open floor plan leads from a bright and airy living room to a large back yard, with heated pool, deck, outdoor shower, BBQ and plenty of space to entertain. Close to trendy restaurants, shopping, beaches, parks, and minutes away from the hottest towns and locales of the Hamptons, and also the North Fork with its vineyards, wineries and farms.
