-As responsible pet owners, we kindly request that you clean all pet supplies used and stow them away before your departure. Pet beds, linens, crates, and dog dishes are not covered by the cleaning crew, so your cooperation in washing, drying, and putting away these items is greatly appreciated. In addition, Sea Pines has specified rules regarding pets. (Please have all guests read rental agreement and agree prior to making reservation).
**Guest Access**
The entire home is accessible to guests with the exception of the homeowners closets.
-Sea Pines offers two marinas (South Beach and Harbour Town) with countless waterfront restaurants, shops, and scenic walkways.
-Explore over 77 miles on Hilton Head Island and 15 miles within Sea Pines of leisure trails with your own or rented bikes.
-Roxy’s Hideaway is an extremely short stroll to Harbour Town to enjoy the many shops and restaurants including the newly rebuilt Quarterdeck. There is also a seasonal trolley shuttle to get to the Sea Pines Beach Club and many other locations. Sea Pines has beach access paths about every tenth of a mile in certain areas of sea pines for property owners and overnight guests staying in Sea Pines who choose to walk or bike to the beach. Beach parking is prohibited on all roads in Sea Pines. Biking to the beach is our top suggestion as it can be difficult to find parking. We suggest to all our guests to bring your own bikes or rent bikes from one of the many bike rental companies as these are not provided with your reservation. Walking to these beach access points is about a 30 minute walk.
-Beaches: Sea Pines Beach club @ 87 N Sea Pines Drive, Hilton Head Island about 2.0 miles from home which is about a 30 minute walk or 10+- minute bike ride; Coligny Beach Park about 4.5 miles from home; Singleton Beach about 8.3 miles; Burkes Beach about 8.5 miles; and many more. There is also a tiny beach next to the Harbour Town pier.
-Pool: South Beach Pool 9:00 AM until dusk from May 2nd – end of October (weather permitting). Individual Pass Weekly: $50 Daily: $15 or Family Pass Weekly: $85 or Daily: $40. Call in advance as pools are constantly undergoing renovations and may not be open to the public.
-Island Attractions: Lawton Stables @ 190 Greenwood Drive, Hilton Head Island; Gregg Russell Playground in Harbour town; Heritage Farm located across from Lawton Stables; Harbour Town Lighthouse about 0.4 miles; Dolphin watching tours with H2O Sports; sightseeing and day cruises with Vagabond Cruise @ Harbour Town; Stoney Baynard Ruins about 1.4 miles; Shelter Cove Community Park about 6.9 miles; Coastal Discovery Museum about 9.0 miles, and many, many more.

-Upon sending a reservation request, please include all information required as per the rental agreement with your reservation including full names of all guests, service dog information, etc. Guests who refuse to provide full and accurate information when making reservation will be denied.
-No smoking. $2500 fine for violation
-Pet are allowed with a pet fee. 2 pets max. Pets must be included in reservation. $2500 fine for unauthorized pets. DOGS MUST BE CRATED AT ALL TIMES WHEN LEFT ALONE. NO EXCEPTIONS. See house rules for further pet information including service dogs.
-No events/parties. ONLY guests included on reservation may enter property. $550 fine per guest per night for full length of reservation for any guest that was not included in original reservation who enter the home.
- Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests 13-25yo must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Photo id’s of all guests required when making reservation.
- Exterior illumination system is on every day from dusk until 10pm.
-Exterior Security Camera (4) system - Our home is equipped with a top-tier security system, offering peace of mind to our high-income guests who value safety. We find that only those with intentions to break the rules take issue with the cameras, ensuring a secure and comfortable stay for all our responsible visitors. If you are uncomfortable with a home security system, please message us for help finding more appropriate accommodations.
-2 dedicated free parking spots at the home. Please keep in mind motorcycles, trailers, RV’s boats, personal watercraft, or jet-ski and ski-doos, motorized scooters/electric bikes are not permitted in Sea Pines.
-Sea Pines Plantation requires a pass to enter and exit the plantation, $20 cash for a weekly pass at the entrance gate or $9 per day.
-Smart lock entry. Access code will be last 4 digits of phone # on reservation.
- Quiet hours are 10pm-8am.
-Hammock Throne© details: Our home is equipped with the Hammock Throne© located outside on the deck! It is constructed with marine grade weatherproofing. It converts from a chair to a full body hammock so you can float weightlessly from head to toe extending out about 7 feet. It also swivels 360 degrees for you to enjoy panoramic views. Only one ADULT is permitted to use the hammock throne at a time. It has a weight limit of 300lbs. We do not allow any children or pets to use the hammock throne for safety purposes. For sitting ONLY! No rocking or swinging please.
