A true boater’s paradise and perfect relaxing getaway! “Lula’s Landing” offers nearby access to Port Royal and St Helena Sounds allowing easy day trips for your family to explore the surrounding waters of Beaufort County. Come by boat or launch at the Grays Hill Boat Landing which is only 1 mile from the house. Tucked amongst the live oaks on the Coosaw River, it is the perfect quiet location to completely unwind and recharge while still having great restaurants options in historic Beaufort Waterfront just a short 20-minute drive away. Spend your day relaxing poolside or catch shrimp, fish, and blue crab off the dock. Kayaks are available with life jackets provided.
The home has 3 bedrooms (sleeps up to 8 with two King bedrooms and a double bunk room), 3 fully renovated full baths, and a fully stocked kitchen. There is an outdoor bar to watch your favorite college football team and firepit to unwind with your favorite cocktail or S’mores at sunset. An oyster cooker is available upon request.
