On the northeast side of Sequim, this fresh 3 bedroom/2 bath home has recently been remodeled with wood-laminate flooring throughout, new lighting & interior paint, updated kitchen, and new appliances. With new furnishings and decor, it is a wonderful home base for experiencing all the Northwest has to offer. It is a short drive to the HOA's private beach (Sunny Shores), Port Williams or John Wayne Maria for sandy beaches, picnics, or water sports such as kayaking.
Inside, relax in the warm and inviting living area with comfy furniture, Smart TV entertainment, and free Wifi. Enjoy making meals in the beautiful, well equipped kitchen, complete with pots and pans, range, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. The deck is accessed off the dining room. There is a small propane grill.Washer and dryer. Two bedrooms have queen beds, the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds.
*This is a pet friendly property with a fully fenced yard. Please inquire with weight, breed and training of your dog for consideration. Additional pet fee of $100 per booking will be requested at the time of booking. 2 dogs max. Our Pet policy will be required to be signed at the time of check in.
