Welcome to Sequoyah Meadows! We're nestled in the hills of Fayetteville and positioned just 6 miles east of the U of A campus and downtown Fayetteville square. Bring you pets and enjoy our cozy accommodations, dreamy backyard patio and fully fenced in yard! Whether you're coming for a Hogs game or just enjoying the Ozark mountains, we're ready to host you and your crew!
When you drive up you'll find a nice flat lot that's neatly manicured. You can park in the driveway and make your way up to the cute covered from porch where you'll find a smart lock on the front door. Once you enter the home you're greeted with tall ceilings and a cozy, ambient setting. To your right is a large dining area seating 8 people and that dining opens to the kitchen which is fully stocked for all of your cooking and baking needs. Off the back of the kitchen is an eat in breakfast nook seating 4 with large windows overlooking the private back yard.
From the kitchen/breakfast nook it's open concept to the living area so the entire group can enjoy a game on the TV while conversing together. The living room is well furnished with leather couch, oversized chair, and you can't forget the hearth. Imagine nuzzling up to the gas fireplace on a cold morning while sipping your coffee. We have a large smart TV for you to stream from your own accounts in the living area.
Gravitating to the other side of the home you'll find 3 comfortably sized bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, large closet and a smart TV for streaming before bed. Bedroom 3 has a cozy queen size bed and plenty of closet space as well. The master bedroom is across the hall from the other two and is oversized. Equipped with a California king bed, leather lounge chair and smart TV for streaming. The double doors lead into the grand master bathroom where you'll find dual vanities, large jetted tub, walk in shower & walk in closet.
Now for the backyard. Off of the living room you'll find the door to the back patio where you can enjoy a semi shaded yard with great entertainment space. We've got a gas grill, gas firepit, coy pond & plenty of seating for the whole group! Let the pups enjoy the backyard as well given it's entirely fenced in.
Lastly, there is a full size washer and dryer just off of the kitchen/breakfast nook and you'll also find a half bath in that laundry room.
You'll be able to access the entire property except for the garage and one cleaner closet. We utilize a Schlage Encode smart lock and you'll have a code that is specific to you for access to the home.
