The rambling yard invites play and connection with lawn games, a gas grill, a charcoal grill, and ample space to gather. Inside, enjoy 3 washers and dryers, exquisite appliances, custom lighting, and top-tier amenities throughout.
The Sonos sound system spans 8 zones, allowing you to curate the perfect ambiance with your music—whether you’re inside, soaking in the jacuzzi tub or relaxing on one of the decks under the stars.
Serendipity can be experienced as a unified retreat or divided into 3 separate units for a more tailored experience. With private beach access and stunning views, it’s the ultimate space to relax, reconnect, and renew.
Please note: We have 2 outdoor cameras: one overlooking the backyard and the other at the front doorbell.
