Fully furnished home with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, an outdoor propane grill, and a washer and dryer included for your convenience. Also have bowls for your pet friends and safety gate for your kiddos. We also have a professional bags/cornhole set as well!
Private and year-round Lake Catherine Access with private swim dock. Very secluded!! Every year from Nov 1 to the end of February the company that manages the lake lowers the levels around 3-5 feet. Our dock sits on the side with deep water so we have deep water at the dock year round, while many homes do not. Please note it’s a very steep walk down our concrete stairs with handrail to the lake. Pet Friendly with a fenced yard. Free Tesla / EV Charger. We're ~10 Mi to the National Park and 15 minutes to the Oaklawn Race Track and Casino
Please note, to get to the dock is a reasonably steep ~100ft walk down concrete stairs with a handrail to access the private dock with swim dock on the lake. There is also a floating "lily pad" available for guest use.
