Positive: This hotel is receiving full points as I do not want to bring their score down just because they are missing some stuff due to the fact that they are new. All staff tried their BEST with everything, so I am sure by next year it will be the only perfect place to stay at Serengeti. Food was absolutely delicious - they have great great chefs. The views are fantastic, gym is great, service, activities, all are wonderful. However, you need to understand and accept that this hotel has no AC. If you come from the middle east, I doubt you can sleep at night. The wildlife and darkness outside is too loud to open windows. There are also tiny insects that will always enter your room if you keep your windows open. There is a fan in the room - as loud as the wild when turned on. Gaming, they have an expert team, trust them with everything. Everyone is so respectful and happy, you feel a lot like home in this place. I already want to go back.
Negative: No AC. Laundry service limited to 5 items per day per person, and takes 2 days. No shattaf bidet in restrooms.
