Summary: The location was great. Close to activity, restaurants, shops, things to see and do, but far enough away from the crowded area 1/2 mile down the beach. The beds and furniture were comfy and all the necessities were in place. The unit was clean but not sparkling. It could use a little paint and TLC to make it 100%. The sliding screen door needs replaced. If you want the fresh air, you also have to contend with the bugs coming thru the holes in the screen. The only thing that was not comfortable was the bathroom. Very small for a full sized adult male, but that is not an easy fix and I was able to manage without too much difficulty. I would rent this same unit again! Good value for the price and accommodations! Tommy & Jayne Bonk Englewood Fla.
