Be swept away as you enter the property through the foyer which leads around to a bright and beautiful sitting area complete with piano and stacks of books for just sitting back and relaxing with the sun shining in through the large glass sliding doors, just off from here is the 4th bedroom with queen bed. Also on the bottom level is the main bathroom with spa bath, separate toilet and laundry complete with front loader washing machine and dryer. There is also a fantastic games room with a second tv and pool table to enjoy on those times spent inside, outside the sliding doors you can relax in the hammock on the deck and enjoy a bbq during our beautiful summers, theres also an outdoor shower for after returning from your day at the beach! To the back of the property on its own separate deck is an outdoor setting to accommodate 4 which is set amongst the perfectly manicured and established gardens full of fountains, paving and manicured lawns and is fully enclosed by high brush fencing for your 4 legged friend (by request only).
Upstairs you will find the large master bedroom complete with queen bed and ensuite it also has plenty of cupboard space for those longer getaways. Also upstairs are another two bedrooms both with queen beds, the main living area with TV and views to die for through the large windows. There is also the spacious dining area with seating for nine and a beautifully appointed, fully equipped kitchen perfect for entertaining.
The property can accommodate 2-3 cars comfortably in the driveway and to the back of the property is a single garage (not available for parking cars) that holds 7 bicycles for guest use.
2 split systems in the property will keep you warm in winter and cool in summer.
