Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The staff were the highlight- Isabelle at reception was a joy to deal with and facilitated early check in and a room upgrade which was so kind. Colin at the concierge desk was also a pleasure and extremely helpful with multiple requests including bag storage and taxi arrangement at short notice.

Negative: Standard check in time being 4pm is quite late.

Summary: The staff are the best asset of the Marriott Marquis without a shadow of a doubt.
