Summary: We live in syd and went here to relax and use the amenities. The pool/ spa area was a waterpark for kids (so we didn’t even bother to get in), the lifts take approximately 4 minute wait each trip (not even kidding), the aircon doesn’t cool the room (it’s winter and colder outside…), there are so many lights/ flashing lights so I had to unplug electrical items to make the room dark, water pressure is terrible (by the time the bath filled the water was already cold) and the ‘king’ bed is just two singles pushed together. All of these things would be fine and something I would expect of a $300-350/ night room; not $700+
