Summary: A few complaints. No shop for snacks. They want you to use overpriced minibar in room. Charged me for 5 persons for breakfast instead of 4 and argued with me about the extra person that did not exist. Shower floor was slippery. But in general was nice and was happy until check out when the manager disputed charge for breakfast
