The SHWAY60 Family House is a beautiful renovated house in downtown Antwerp for up to 10 people. It consists out of 3 apartments: The Red With Pearls, The Black Pants and The Suit. These apartments are connected to each other by a steep spiral staircase. There are three bedrooms, three living spaces, three kitchens and three bathrooms in total, spread over 5 floors. It is perfect for a big family, a group of friends, colleagues, workshops, meetings and so on and so on!
In the ground floor apartment you can find the big three meter table where you can have dinner and gather the whole group. Two people can sleep here in a queen size boxspring bed and they will have their own bathroom too.
The first floor duplex-apartment sleeps 4: two in a queen size boxspring bed in a separate bedroom, the other two on separate sofa beds in the living room. This apartment has one bathroom and one kitchen and a cute balcony where you can hang out with good weather. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony outside.
The top floor duplex apartment also sleeps 4: two in a queen size boxspring bed in a separate bedroom, the other two on separate sofa beds in the living room. This apartment has also a bathroom and a kitchen.
We provided in each kitchen a Nespresso coffee machine, a waterboiler, a dishwasher, a fridge, an oven, kitchen- and table utensils and cooking basics such as: olive oil, pepper & salt, sugar, coffee, tea, dishwashing tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge, handsoap and cleaning product.
The whole building is equipped with airconditioning and electric heating, the TV's have Netflix and every door has a codelock.
