Sierra House is a Luxury true SKI IN/SKI OUT property sitting on the mountain inside the exclusive and private Gated Community of Lewis Ranch. Simply open the door and you're skiing right down to the Woodward Express high-speed Quad or Kokomo lift. Skiers of all levels can easily SKI IN and OUT of this home. SKI SCHOOL is conveniently located at the bottom of the hill so new skiers don't have to go far. At the end of the day ski right back to the porch. SUMMER offers concerts and festivals, along with hiking and biking trails right out the door. Relax in the private HOT TUB on the patio after a day of skiing, hiking or just shopping (ladies we know this can be just as exhausting). Vail is a mere 20 minutes away as well as the outlet malls in Silverthorne. Breckenridge and Keystone are also close.
