Escape to this gorgeous, completely renovated townhouse located in one of Tucson's older and well-established communities. Here you'll find beautiful bamboo floors, updated appliances, and plenty of sleek designer touches both inside and out. Visiting chefs will adore the well-equipped, full kitchen with an induction cooktop, coffee bar with instant hot water, and stainless steel appliances. Settle into one of two living areas including a reading and TV nook off the kitchen as well as an inviting space in the rear with a flatscreen TV offering a variety of streaming services (don't forget your account info). One bedroom offers a desk workspace in case anyone needs to finish work or schooling. Outside, enjoy a peaceful front courtyard as well as a covered and furnished back patio with a gas grill and Catalina Mountain views. Guests will also enjoy access to two shared pools, which are heated throughout the year, a large sauna, and a workout room with basic gym equipment.
In the clubhouse, guests will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a library, and a piano. There is also an office in the clubhouse that has computer desks, printers, and WiFi access in case you need to work remotely and needed a printer.
