Positive: The location was my priority #1, as I had to reach some location by foot early in the morning. The parking spot on the overflow parking was a pleasant surprise!
Negative: The mattress is indeed thick, but its top is quite hard. Moreover, it lays on the sofa-transformer, and the mattress is bent to its shape. I heard neighbors through the vent (luckily, it was not to the deep night). There was a parking pass sticked to the fridge, but the message under it stated I need to return the pass AND the FOB there. During my stay there was no FOB (I believe it should have opened the main building door) and I was scared that it could be an issue (if the previous guest lost it, and I need to pay for it - but no issues later)
Summary: If you need just to spend one night, it's a good place to stay at
