Summary: Pros: +Location: Walking distance to Angel Fire, Red River 30 min away, Taos 1hr +Intenet: wifi works reliable. Slow at 6mb, but was able to stream netflix fine to the flat screen tv on the wall. +Kitchen: Includes everything you need to cook. +Layout: 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, living room with open kitchen. 2 couches and a desk in the living room. +Water: tap water tasted decent. Cons: -Dated: old decor and low quality fixtures. Cracked kitchen tile -Beds: only so-so comfort -Heater: Unvented open flame gas wall heater not safe for young children. -Plumbing: Old plumbing. Downstair neighbors left a note saying water was pouring into their condo from the ceiling. Overall a good value for a family that wants to ski at Angel Fire without breaking the bank. Keep in the mind the condo is in need of a remodel, but overall it's a comfortable option for a family with a budget of around$160/night. I'd stay here again.
