Brand new mattresses & bedding & linens in 2019 assure your crew will be warm and sleep well. 2 downstairs bedrooms have bunk beds: twin/twin and queen/queen. Stackable washer/ dryer in the unit for ease & making sure those mittens are dry! One bathroom downstairs with shower & tub.
Upstairs is the living room with grand, sweeping views of the valley. Dining area has a table that seats 4 normally but extends to seat as many as 8 (extra chairs stored in upstairs BR). Large kitchen island with granite counter ensures all your meal prep will be easily done. Kitchen is well equipped & includes brand-new Crate & Barrel dishes, ample pots & pans, regular glasses, wine glasses & mugs, toaster oven Keuring coffee maker, French Press, baking dishes, serving dishes, utensils galore, dishwasher & garbage disposal. Family sized refrigerator and freezer with ice maker. The pantry provides plenty of space for all your dry goods. Dedicated desk area adjacent to the DR allows space for your laptop & keeping all your work things in one place. Primary bedroom has a queen sized bed, also new in 2019; ample storage in Primary Bedroom dressers. Primary bath also has shower with tub. The views from the bed in the Primary Bedroom are breathtaking!!
The 3-season deck with outdoor dining table & chairs, sectional couch and huge shade umbrellas are a highlight of this property and all the Mad River Valley has to offer year-round make this a property to come back to again and again throughout the year!
Notes about ski-on & ski-off: the condo backs up to Village Run. Put your skis on downstairs and ski to the bottom of Village Run. Take them off & walk 50 yards on Upper Village Road to the right to the Forum complex driveway; "Out to Lunch" trail runs behind the buildings that are directly in front of you & comes out at the Village Quad. At the end of the day you can either tackle the traverse of Village Run (begins at the top of Gatehouse lift near Slide Brook) and come down to the back door, or you can take Out to Lunch just over the bridge and walk a short way on Upper Village Road, across East Road and you'll be right back at Village Run. Ski-on: less than 5 minutes from skis on to lift. Ski-off: depends on which route you take! :-)
