It is within walking distance to numerous hiking trailheads, including Horsetooth Mountain Open Space, Horsetooth Fall, Skyline Ridge Trail, and Soderberg Trailhead, as well as Inlet Bay Marina. Colorado State University and Old Town Fort Collins are just 10 miles away. Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park are less than 35 miles away.

INDOOR LIVING: 75" flat screen TV with streaming apps, multiple indoor fireplaces, dining area with seating for 6, office space with adjustable standing desk
KITCHEN: Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener
BATHROOMS: Hairdryer, linens/towels, iron/ironing board. We even include soap, shampoo, and conditioner for every guest stay!
GENERAL: High speed WiFi, washer/dryer, keyless entry, air conditioning, heat, complimentary toiletries, cleaning essentials including a vacuum.
PARKING: There is driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles. Three cars maximum – no street parking available.
PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved (no aggressive breeds) and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.
