Positive: From the moment I arrived—greeted graciously by Josephine and Lee—to the moment I (reluctantly) departed, I was met with exceptional hospitality. Josephine is the kind of host who anticipates needs you didn’t know you had. Whether it was a referral for a cook or a thoughtful check-in, she responded with warmth, grace, and consistent courtesy. The apartment itself? Immaculate. Lovingly scented, refreshed weekly, and tastefully appointed without trying too hard. It felt like home… if my home had equally invigorating lighting and a detail-oriented housekeeper. ;-) Location-wise, it was perfect for a flâneur like me—walkable to key Nairobi landmarks, with charming cafés always within reach (and within need). But the true jewel of the apartment? The east-facing view. Each morning, I awoke to the kind of sunrise that deserves its own soundtrack—gold spilling over the CBD skyline, the Nairobi National Park just beyond, and that otherworldly African sky that seems to stretch not just across distance, but across time. Nairobi has many gifts. This apartment, and its view, are two of them. Don’t hesitate. Book it—and let the city rise with you.
