Welcome to "Lindon Lovely" situated at the top of a quiet cul-de-sac in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. In this beautiful two-story home we raised our five children, and have many warm memories. Our hope is that as your family, friends, or work colleagues gather together, you will create your own warm memories!
May your family reunion, wedding, funeral, graduation, work retreat/event, skiing/snowboarding be a success! Lindon & Utah County host many wedding venues, indoor & outdoor activities and major universities.
Overview:
Sitting on a near half acre lot, you will find a large backyard filled with lush green grass and organic fruit trees: apple (red and yellow), plum, pear, and cherry. You will also find grape vines, and blackberry and raspberry bushes. Feel free to dig your hands into the soil of the garden area. Please enjoy our wonderful organic produce when in season.
Out back you can enjoy basketball, a kickball wall/informal tennis backboard, lots of grass to run on, and the outside drinking fountain. Some guests bring their own volleyball, pickleball, badminton, and other outside sporting equipment.
In addition - Pickleball/tennis courts, playground, picnic benches and barbecue pits are located at close by Lindon City park: Hollow Park (2 minute drive, 10 minute walk -> 300 E. 400 N Lindon) www.lindonrecreation.org/parks
There are lots of sleeping options, including themed bunk bed rooms which are perfect for kids, and peaceful bedrooms for the adults. (The beds in the house sleep 21.) Two full kitchens, two dining/family rooms, two laundry room, lots of games, and a piano are at your disposal.
For a slower moment, soak in the great view of Mount Timpanogos, and star-filled nights.
Internet/wifi:
High-speed fiber optic network installed. High speed Wifi (both 5GHz and 2.4GHz supported) throughout the house with some limited ethernet cable locations.
Dining:
The ground level kitchen table seats 12, there are 3 bar stools and the adjoining dining room table seats 4.
The basement kitchen table seats 10.

Bedrooms 1-4 are located up the stairs, on the second floor:
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed and large private bathroom (room sleeps 2)
A plush top to the bed brings a feeling of comfort and peace.
Bedroom 2 - Double bed, bunk bed and private bathroom (room sleeps 4)
This double bed is for those who prefer the firm mattress.
Bedroom 3 - Three bunk beds. Kids rule this room! Shared bathroom (room sleeps 6)
Bedroom 4 - Queen bed, shared bathroom (room sleeps 2)
This queen bed mattress is for those who prefer the medium feel.
Bedrooms 5-7 are located down the stairs in the basement and all share bathroom 4:

This queen bed has a softer mattress.
Bedroom 6 - Two bunk beds. Kids rule this room! (room sleeps 4)
Bedroom 7 - Single bed (room sleeps 1)
This is the hidden nook in the house with the ultimate privacy! It's tucked into a basement corner. The room has many food storage/emergency buckets and bins. (please do not open any) Your dreams are likely to be filled with baking pies and warm bread.
Other:
Two kitchens, two dining/living rooms, two laundry rooms, and an office are at your disposal.
Guest access:
Most of the house and yard available for use, except for a few closets that have a digital lock, a freezer and small fridge in the basement utility room, a portion of the garage, and the outside garden shed.
Garage: The single vehicle parking slot is available for your use. The other side, behind the divider tarp, contains owner's items. Please respect and avoid this part of the garage. The entrance door code will be sent before your rental starts.
Some new friends:
Don't be surprised to see deer come ambling by or bed down on the lawn at night. And be sure to say hello to the family of quail that hustle and bustle by most days.

- Murdock Canal Trail runs for 17 miles from Lehi to Orem and passes through 7 cities (Lehi, American Fork, Highland, Cedar Hills, Pleasant Grove, Lindon and Orem). This trail is paved, well maintained and open year-round allowing walking, jogging, cycling, skateboarding and equestrian use!
- The Provo River Parkway Trail spans a total of 30 miles starting at Utah Lake up into Provo Canyon. The trail within Provo City limits is approximately 7.5 miles and the time to travel the trail within Provo is about 4 hrs.

Lindon Lovely is located in a quiet neighborhood. We have know many of our wonderful neighbors for 15+ years. Please be considerate of them, and help to keep the neighborhood quiet and calm.

Thank you for agreeing to fully adhere to the rules. Your safety is our concern and following the rules helps to maintain a home well cared for, prepared, and safe for you.
- Quiet hours are from 9pm-9am. Please remember this is a quiet neighborhood and to be respectful to our neighbors/friends who live close by.
- Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premises of the property.
- We prefer no alcohol to be consumed in the house or on the premises.
- Pets -> please Contact Host/Message host/Send message and lets discuss before Reserving/Sending a booking request.
- Parties/events: We hope you have a good time with the guests listed on the reservation. If you want to invite more than 5 people to visit at the house, who were not part of the reservation group sleeping at the house, you must first contact the owners for permission. (Unfortunately, in the past we had a renter group that held an unauthorized, large and loud party/event. The noise outside the house was significant, and cars were parked everywhere. This caused great concern amongst our 15+ year neighbor friends. A violation of this rule grants the right for immediate termination of the contract, and a departure of all guests.)
- No inviting of non reservation guests to come to the house for business purposes.
- No illegal activity.
- Parking: Please park in the garage and/or creatively in the driveway. If possible, maintain all vehicles in the driveway. If using the street, please park the car pointing at our front door. Please do not park in front of the mailboxes or in front of immediate neighbor's front door.
- If the trash cans fill, please leave bagged garbage in the garage.
Please follow all bunk-bed rules:
- No jumping.
- No standing.
- Only 1 person on the bed at a time.
- Use caution going up and down the ladder.
- No food or drink allowed on the bed.
