Enjoy your next vacation in this beautiful 5 bedroom/3.5 bath home located in the amenity-rich Bear Trap Dunes community. Bear Trap Dunes comes with 2 outdoor pools, a heated indoor lap-sized pool, hot tub, two saunas, indoor showers adjacent to the pools, six Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball courts, ping-pong, a well-appointed fitness center, outdoor theater, onsite restaurant, shops, and two playgrounds. Golf can be purchased through the Pro Shop. To access amenities renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association. Passes may be purchased up to the allotted housing limit by accessing the website or purchasing at the Pavilion during normal operating hours. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass.
This beautiful home is new to the rental market. There is plenty of space for your whole group with 5 bedrooms spread throughout this home away from home with 2 bedrooms on the first floor and 3 bedrooms on the second. You will find the Master Bedroom with a king bed on the first floor and the attached Master bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom with a queen bed is on the first floor as well, and it comes with a private bathroom. A short hallway leads to the open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area.
The living room has a large and comfortable sectional sofa and TV for movie night. The kitchen is well-stocked and has what you need to create an excellent home-cooked meal. The dining area sits off of the kitchen, with additional seating at the large kitchen island.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king bed with a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds and a ceiling fan and the final bedroom has 2 twin beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
For additional space to unwind, you can spend time in the screened-in deck off of the dining area or the paver patio in the back. You also get a fenced-in backyard for a less worried outdoor experience. Consider booking this property for an excellent vacation or a golf getaway.
