The updated kitchen is fully stocked and includes a large dining space ideal for gathering with family and friends. Adjacent to the kitchen is an entertainment area with fun games including Bubble Hockey and a versatile table that easily converts to enjoy a game of poker or bumper pool!

There are plenty of places to dock a boat including the boat lift, equipped with a hydraulic lift system suitable for an inboard ski boat or surfboat up to 24’ long, or you can tie off a pontoon boat in the water along the dock.
Indoors, the home is equipped with two distinct living spaces including two full kitchens. This provides the younger ones a chance to retreat to the game room to play arcade games or shooting a game of pool while adults can relax upstairs in comfort and style.
