SMITH'S BEACH | House in Smiths Beach

Large house with plenty of room for everyone, kitchen with everything you need to cook up a family feast, separate fridge, freezer and microwave, coffee machine and a table which seats up-to 18 people and has plenty of room for your banquet.

Outdoor deck offers a bbq, table and chairs, views of the ocean and great sun sets.

6 spacious bedrooms with heaters, two bathrooms on middle level and powder room on top level. Top level has ceiling fans, reverse cycle air conditioning/heating and a wood fire place.

Relax after dinner in comfy lounges and enjoy the ambience of the fire place. Play some games, do a jigsaw, listen to music, watch one of the many dvd's provided or just enjoy the views.
Want more, head on down to the Billiard room where you can hang around the bar with built in fridge and dish washer. Or rest on the couch and listen to music or watch TV or some DVD's
When you've had enough retire to your bed and let the sounds of the ocean lull you to sleep.

Linen can be supplied for $30 per person, this includes top & bottom sheets, pillow cases and a towel. We do not supply beach towels.

5 min walk to patrolled beach. 7 min drive to main town. Close to all the attractions offered on Phillip Island.
Smiths Beach Store offers great food and good coffee.
The local surf shop has surfing lessons and board hire.
The local beach is a surf beach which is patrolled during the summer months.

Please be sure to adhere to rubbish requirements, there is notices around the house which tell you what is required. There is a $50 fee if we have to sort the bins out. Please be sure to put bins out for collection when you leave.

Please note we don’t take bookings from guests under 25.

A range of games jigsaws dvd's and books are available for your enjoyment.

Middle living area has billiard table, bar, tv with chrome cast and DVD player. Large 8 seater modular couch.

Top living area incorporates large open plan kitchen dining area and lounge, all with views of the ocean and an outdoor deck.

2 outdoor decks on middle level.

Car parking for 6 cars on property.

Condiments, serviettes, paper toweling, cleaning products, kitchen wraps etc are left in the kitchen. You are welcome to use them.

Linen can be can be organized for $30 per person, this includes top and bottom sheets, pillow cases and a towel. We do not supply beach towels.

If you choose to supply your own linen you will need to take either queen, double or single bottom and top sheets, pillow cases and towels.
We have 4 x queen (not king) 2 x double and 8 single beds.
We supply pillows, doonas and doona covers, extra blankets, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats

We do 1 night stays during the off season period it is an additional 30% for the night which cannot be done on site so your nightly rate will be incorrect until we change the rate

The house can actually sleep 18 people.
It is an extra $45 per person per night over 16 guests
