Summary: This was advertized as a 3 star hotel. That is a misleading description; at best, this is more like a 2 star hotel if that. There isn't really a hotel lobby, no physical help desk, no provided shampoo or bodywash, no closet, no in person services in general. The bathroom does not separate the shower, toilet, and sink as a 3 star hotel would usually do. As somebody described, it's more like big common rooms with individual rooms in them. That design means noises are amplified and people opening and closing doors causes the room's door to shake and make a loud sound. The only good thing I can say is that it was mostly clean and not delapidated. If you want an actual 3 star hotel, do not choose this hotel. Hotels.com should downgrade this hotel to a 2 star hotel or below.
