Offering sweeping water views and direct access to the Coosawatee River, you'll enjoy a perfect setting for an extended retreat with family and friends. This home comes ready to host, with accommodations for up to nine guests -- plus the family dogs -- and amenities-galore.
Exposed beams and hardwood floors on the main level provide rustic accents for an updated, contemporary interior. The island kitchen comes well-appointed with stainless steel appliances and utensils to handle family cooking, while the dining table can seat up to six. For a special treat, fire up the gas grill on the back deck and dine al fresco at the outdoor table overlooking the river. The screened porch is a great escape any time of day. Sip a morning coffee or play a round of cards at the four-seater table while enjoying your favorite beverage for happy hour.
The spacious lower level is built to entertain! Enjoy hours of fun on the large gaming table with a variety of classic and modern board games, puzzles, and books. Or stream/cast your favorite shows and movies onto the Roku-equipped TV. A mini-fridge and microwave will save you trips upstairs for drinks and snacks. Go out onto the lower deck for another great view of the river out of the elements. Take your favorite beverage and watch the river flow by from the comfortable patio furniture or from the hot tub. Challenge your friends to a game of Giant Jenga!
The resort has updated how guests gain access to the amenities on site. The guest will be responsible for purchasing amenity passes at the POA office. Monday-Saturday 9 am- 5 pm. Amenity passes are $59 per card. Each card allows 4 guests to use the amenities during the reservation dates. The POA only takes checks or money orders for payments.
The outdoor pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day only.
Fireplaces are operable from October 1st – April 15th only.
