Soak in the hot tub, star gaze, enjoy the reservoir, hike, bike, work away from home or just relax at Knowna Kayak and Suite. Fully furnished with a full kitchen in an attached mother-in-law suite with private deck and hot tub only a 5 min drive from Horsetooth Reservoir. Located across the street from a hiking trail to a waterfall, and Colorado's most popular mountain biking trail. We rent kayaks & SUPs for a convenient and fun way to get the most out of your trip in our area. Sit in the hot tub and enjoy mountain views, a fire pit and regular deer visitors in our yard in your private patio area. If you're staying in the winter, we offer snow shoes (included by request) so you can enjoy some of the back country winter offerings locally.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS (Over 2 people)- There will be a $35.00 per person over 2 people and up to 4 people. No more than 4 people can stay with us at a time as there is 1 king bed and 1 queen air mattress. We will NOT charge an additional guest fee for 3 guests if you have 1 child under 12. If you have 2 children under 12, we will just charge the $35.00 fee.
Cameras: We DO NOT have security cameras inside the Vrbo space. We do have cameras in our laundry room, outside the entrance, the parking area and the outdoor/hot tub area. All cameras are easily visible and there are stickers identifying where there is surveillance.
