Our home was designed to host families and larger groups. The spacious downstairs is ideal for gathering and entertaining and all 4 bedrooms, with TV's, are located upstairs, with a loft in the center. The 2-car garage may be used for parking. Our home is located in a gated community. We ask that you respect our quiet hours and neighbors. Guest will access the home by entering either the automatic or pedestrian gate. Summary: Very spacious 4 bedroom property that was a great crash pad for our family while we were visiting for Thanksgiving. Overall, the property was totally great for our needs to just sleep and was well furnished. Definitely wasn't perfect, which I detail below: Pros: - Amazingly attentive host - she responded to all questions with superhuman speed. - Host was so accommodating for an early check-in. Very much appreciated. - 2 car garage that was easy to use and park! - 4 bedroom (so hard to find!) Cons: - Definitely a little rough around some of the details. Clear that this property was just spruced up a bit to use as a vacation rental, but definitely a lot of wear and tear throughout the home. (broken light switches, old windows, old towels, etc.). The photos suggest something a little more renovated than it was. - One of the mattresses was super comfortable, but the others were quite old and did not have great support. Again, totally fine for a few nights, but it won't be your best nights sleep. - Some of the towels were new and fluffy, others were old with lint and stains. A little inconsistent. Overall, it was good, not perfect. Totally great for what we needed (a crashpad) and Mercedes (host) was wonderful. Note, we were just using this place to sleep at night, so didn't really use the kitchen so can't comment on how well stocked it was.
