Welcome to Songbird Ranch, a secluded 8 bedroom, 6 bathroom estate located just
minutes from downtown Driggs. In addition to its rare combination of convenience
and privacy, this impressive home is nestled amongst Aspen groves and shares its
habitat with abundant wildlife including moose and the ranch namesake, the songbird.
Nearby water channels and ponds all add to the lush green experience as you enjoy
the outdoor amenities including a huge wrap around deck and custom oversized
outdoor spa.
Step inside and you and your guests will be amazed by the custom
finishes adding to the convenience of your stay. Thermador appliances, extra
refrigerators, dual sets of washers and dryers, outdoor barbecue, cozy fireplaces and
multiple expansive great room entertaining spaces are just a few of the noteworthy
gathering areas. This 6,500 square foot house includes three large family room areas,
two eating areas plus a kitchen island with seating, and a game room, in addition to a
main floor office and a main floor reading room with fireplace and TV.
Sleeping areas include four bedrooms on the second floor—a large master bedroom with king
bed and a large bathroom, including a steam shower, an ensuite bedroom with a king
bed, and two more bedrooms with a king and queen bed respectively and access to a
Jack and Jill bath; a lower level (walkout) basement with three bedrooms—one with a
king bed and crib, another with a queen (each with access to a shared bath), and a
bunk room with six bunk beds, one of which is a queen, sleeping seven in the bunk
room adjacent to a full bath; and an 8 th bedroom on the main floor that is available
by closing blinds and opening a very nice couch bed in the study.
We will refund in full for any cancellations prior to 60 days before check in. If you cancel with 30 days of your check in date, we will charge $100. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you are only eligible to receive your cleaning fee back unless otherwise agreed upon.
No smoking and no pets allowed.
