Views of gardens and vineyards from every room, 2 Alfresco dining spots and several outdoor seating areas. Gas BBQ, Bocce Ball and a sparkling Hot Tub with star studded views.
The home is furnished with touches of vintage pieces from the Family Estate. New oversized windows, carpet & tile throughout. Low allergen environment. Cozy Family Room, separate Living Room and Dining Room with table for 8. Large flat screen TV's in the Family Room and Master Suite. Wi-Fi, large DVD & VHS library, books and board games are available. Patio doors off the Family Room lead to a covered outdoor seating area with skylight, handmade farm table for 8 and ceiling fan. Features two furnished balconies; one for quiet time and one for sunbathing, both with amazing views.
Enjoy all new beds with deluxe bedding. The Bathrooms are modern with unique tile, sinks, tubs and quality linens. Master Suite has a King bed with full bathroom & soaking tub. Two Bedrooms upstairs, one with a Queen bed, the other with double XL Twin beds share a large bathroom with double sinks and separate shower and toilet room. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with a private outside area.
The Cooks Kitchen includes gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave and assorted small appliances. Breakfast Nook opens to Family room and outdoor Patio, Kitchen is adjacent to the Mudroom, 1/2 bath & BBQ area.
The property is gated and fenced for privacy. Organic Gardens include fruit, citrus, olive & walnut trees, roses, lavender, herbs & vegetables. Fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables from the family Culinary Garden are picked and wait your arrival. Bocce Ball area features large dining table and lights strung from the trees for nighttime entertainment. Perfect setting for wine and food lovers to enjoy by day or night.

The Boschetti Family has been farming grapes since the 1920's for several award winning wineries. This is a working vineyard; normal vineyard practices will be conducted year around which may include pruning, frost protection, thinning or grape harvesting depending on the season.
