This spacious home is truly Sound-Sational, offering front-row seats for gorgeous sunset views over the Currituck Sound. The expansive decking affords easy access to relaxation any time of the day. The water views are present on every level of the house, and even the Whalehead Club can be seen from the top deck. Become one with nature by taking advantage of the Corolla Light Sound-side walking trail, which is accessible directly behind the house. The interior of the home is equally majestic. The kitchen is stylishly decorated with granite countertops, while the Master bedroom boasts a huge steam shower and sunken tub. Notice the custom floor tile work on all levels of the house. The home offers so many amenities, that you will be content to stay here year after year!

Summary: We stayed here in December, which is very quiet. The house was well suited to our needs. The hot tub was lovely, the HVAC was fine, although we were disappointed that the fireplace is not operational The view of the sound was terrific. The artwork in the house, particularly the sculptures are very nice and add an elegant ambiance to the house. The one drawback is the lack of kitchen ventilation which meant that we were frequently opening windows and doors to ensure we didn’t set off the smoke detectors. Village realty responded promptly to concerns we had and ensured we were satisfied.
