Summary: We stayed 9 nights and really enjoyed this property. The photos accurately represent the place. We weren't looking for a resort environment (did that last year) and didn't want to be in a large, crowded establishment, so this place was perfect for us. It's not a resort, so don't expect many amenities (if that's what you're looking for...) but it has a lovely pool and patio area, both exceptionally clean and relaxing. And they do supply beach towels as well. The unit itself was immaculately clean, tranquil, and comfortable with a separate living area and kitchen, comfy bed and linens, and no mildew or musty smell inside. The location is very close to Eagle and Divi beach (especially if you have a car) but it's also walkable (as we did each day, with the only caveat being that there are sometimes only a few narrow sidewalks for pedestrians, so you have to get used to walking close to traffic whizzing by you). There are also two of the best grocery stores very nearby, a few restaurants, and a great bakery off one of the side streets. But the best thing has to be the owner and his uncle. Wonderfully decent, friendly people, very oriented towards making your trip a smooth and optimized vacation experience for the guests. I'd recommend South Beach Residence for those who want to be away from crowds and noise, and yet close enough to the action. Thanks, Amir & Ramses! Keep up the good work there!
