All guests must fill out a pre-check-in form via "EnsoConnect" for our online guest guide sent upon booking confirmation.
Verification requires filling out contact information, valid ID, and authorization for an $800 security deposit hold.
The $800 security deposit is frozen and released 7 days after departure, pending no property damage.
Additional Points:
Strict monitoring of the number of occupants is applied, and tranquility must be respected at all times (no partying). A penalty of $125+tx per night per additional person will be retained.
We accept pets (max. 2 per rental) but there is a $100 fee for hypoallergenic cleaning.
Pets are limited to 2 per chalet and must not be allowed on furniture.
Please note that pets are only allowed inside and around the private area of the chalet. They are not permitted in the common areas of Fiddler.
All our chalets are guaranteed allergen-free.
Please ensure to keep calm and respect the neighborhood after 10 PM. We will not hesitate to retain the entire security deposit in case of excessive noise after 10 PM and/or nighttime disturbance.
