You will find on the ground floor: - a large entrance, - a large living-dining room with sofa and television, DVD player, board games and books available, - a large separate kitchen including fridge/freezer, dishwasher , electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood, filter coffee maker and another with capsules, kettle, toaster, - a scullery with washing machine, dishes and other kitchen utensils in large numbers, - a separate toilet, - a bedroom with two 90x190 bunk beds, - a second bedroom with 2 120x190 beds and its own bathroom including a shower, a bathtub and a toilet. Upstairs, you will find: - a bedroom with a 140x190 double bed - a second bedroom with a 130x190 double bed, - a spacious bathroom with bathtub, - and a separate toilet. The garden is equipped with a 10-person garden table, a Weber barbecue, benches, and deck chairs. Close to Sauveterre beach, the Olonne sur Mer national forest, and shops including a supermarket 3 minutes away (10 minutes on foot), the media library (3 minutes on foot). - 6.5 km from the beach of Sables d'Olonne, town of the Vendée Globe (next departure in November 2024). - 1h30 from Puy du Fou. - Iron Man race in early July 2023.
