My family and I have made some of our best memories in this apartment!
The two-story apartment offers two bedrooms, a loft area, and three full bathrooms in comfortable and spacious 1620 sqf. You will feel at home the moment you walk through the front door!
The condo is located in Fraser, five minutes from the town of Winter Park. You are a few minutes drive from world class skiing, hiking, mountain biking, tubing, fishing, golfing, local brews, shopping, and restaurants.

The main level has an open floor plan where the kitchen, living room, and dining area are seamlessly integrated to provide guests with a perfect environment for quality family time and togetherness. There’s also a full bathroom in the main floor and a balcony with an outdoor grill. The two bedrooms and the loft are located in the upper floor. The master bedroom, with a king size bed, a private full bathroom and a deck with amazing mountain views. The second bedroom has two bunk beds, one twin-over-twin and the second one twin-over-full. The loft area is open and has two additional beds (listed as “Bedroom 3” below, loft bed and pull-out). There is another full bathroom in the upper floor where the washer and dryer are located.

- Observe quiet hours from 10PM to 7AM and keep noise/music levels down throughout the day
- No shoes in the apartment. Leave shoes in the hard floor entry area.
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- The property shall not be used by more persons than listed in your reservation.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- No smoking
- No pets
- Unfortunately, assistance animals are not allowed in the unit due to allergies
- There’s outdoor parking available for one car.
- Covered garage parking for second car is not included in the basic rental and is available upon request. Please contact me if needed.
- Dispose of garbage using building garbage dump if needed during your stay
