Summary: Our family enjoyed this property — great location for our needs, right # of beds, great community rooms and furniture, nice outdoor area, well-stocked (except for silverware and dishwashing soap). But a handy man for two weeks could work wonders to make this house amazing. The living area and Cowboy den have recessed floors with no warning. I was the first one inside, and it was dark, and I missed the deep step into the living room and very nearly fell. The floor, in places, is separated, with nails exposed. The dead (dried), dusty plants should be removed, and faux greenery adds nothing but takes up space and looks tacky. The mattresses in the upstairs kids bedroom need to be replaced, as they aren’t at all appropriate for adults. There was silverware service for only two but a call to the manager resulted in new. The instructions for the code for the door lock were wrong so I had to wait for a call back for the right number. Our party would return except for the upstairs kids’ room mattresses. The house is a good property with great potential. It only needs the attention of a mattress store, a handyman and a decorator.
