Splendor Heights offers room for everyone as a 4 bedroom, 3 bath luxury home. Nestled near a premier ski resort, this centrally located townhome offers both tranquility and convenience. The views are amazing from the homes 2 decks, including upper balcony with outdoor dining and seating. Take in the gorgeous mountainside!
Spread out back at the home after hitting the slopes in two separate living areas! Two sets of sofas in each living area provide plenty of seating. You can catch up on work and emails in the lower living area at the provided work station. Get cozy around the gas fireplace and large Smart TV in the upper living room. Stream your favorite shows while you cozy up together, or the available family games! When it's time to eat, you'll have everything you need in the full, well-equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. You'll find plenty of seating at the dining table and breakfast bar. The home includes an in-unit washer and dryer too!
The main bedroom features a Queen bed and you can sleep a family of four in the 2nd bedroom's Queen bed and Bunks! The 3rd and 4th bedroom offer a King bed and Double/Full bed too. Room for everyone! You're only a short trip from the mountain and with a nearby bus stop, accessing the Winter Park resort and town amenities is effortless. During winter months, Colorado has a statewide traction law which requires a 4-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle to drive on Colorado roads. We are located in a high altitude mountain climate. Snow can occur at any time during winter months. Failure to have a 4-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle will likely result in being unable to reach your vacation rental. No refunds will be given due to poor weather conditions. We encourage all guests to consider 3rd party travel insurance if they have travel concerns.

After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date.
