Want some alone time? There are plenty of nooks for solo time to recharge your batteries.

Cook a meal in the spacious, well-stocked kitchen enjoying the fresh produce from your choice of local markets in Lismore, Ballina or Clunes. If you need a night off cooking, jump in the car and in three minutes you'll find unique pop up restaurant 'Enjoy Thai', ten minutes you'll be at the world's best pub (the Eltham), trusty Trident's fish and chips, or in twenty minutes you'll be spoilt for choice in Lismore or Ballina.

The large recycled timber dining table in the huge covered veranda is perfect for leisurely breakfasts or decadent cheese platters and bottles of wine. If you overindulge you can always get back on track with the home gym- a treadmill, exercise bike and rowing machine.

The hinterland is a truly special place that offers so much with stunning drives connecting it all. 30 minutes on scenic roads will get you to the pristine beach or tea-tree lake in Lennox Head and 40 minutes you'll find yourself in Byron Bay where you'll be spoiled for choice in purchasing all the top quality gelato, vegan food, white linen, tie dye pants and recycled timber knick knacks you'll ever want.

The house has:

-five bedrooms (two with king sized beds, two with queen sized beds and one with twin singles). We can provide mattresses for the floor and a travel cot.

-two bathrooms main with separate toilet, and ensuite off master bedroom

-large kitchen with full sized fridge, oven, stove top and dishwasher

-main lounge room with smart TV with access to streaming services

-second living space with additional dining table and couch

-patio, two tables and four chairs

No. of guests- the property is best set up for up to ten guests, but if you'd like to squeeze in a couple of extra people we can provide folding mattresses for the floor for up to 15 people.
