There’s even a petting zoo for the smaller members in your family!
FLAMINGO COAST offers tons of privacy in the upscale, gated community of ‘Alipaz’. This beautifully furnished 4 bedroom / 3-bathroom rental is a spacious 2,500 s.f. single family style home and is perfect for longer vacations, snowbirds, immediate and extended families, work / play trips, families between homes, etc.
FLAMINGO COAST sleeps 8 comfortably in beds and also offers an attached two car garage with additional off street parking on the driveway and the street. There is a full-size washer and dryer located conveniently upstairs between all the bedrooms.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: Three of the bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including the primary bedroom with spa-like en-suite, are upstairs and the fourth bedroom and full bathroom are located downstairs. It’s the ideal layout for multiple families, hosting guests with mobility issues, or as a second primary bedroom. The primary bedroom closet offers plenty of space for a multiple month stay.
KITCHEN & DINING: The fully outfitted gourmet kitchen shows higher end wood cabinets with granite countertop and baking island. This bright and airy open floor plan opens both into the dining area and the family room which is perfect for entertaining and hosting There are two dining / gaming tables perfect for entertaining your friends and family during your stay.
FAMILY ROOM: This spacious open floor plan features comfortable couches, side chairs, a fireplace, coffee table, large dining table, a large Flat Screen TV. Wi Fi is also included for free.
OUTDOORS: The front porch offers two Adirondack chairs and the private backyard with shade structure offers a table with chairs and a table fire pit and a two more Adirondack chairs for additional seating. Directly in front of this home is a small open green space for additional safe play with the little ones in your family.
MANAGEMENT: Very clean and professionally managed. Vacation Concierge is locally available for any questions, issues or concerns that come up during your stay.
SUITABILITY: Non-Smoking home both inside and out. Must have an adult(s) at least 25 years old staying at the house during the term of the stay.
