Summary: Location worked for us to attend Dickies Arena. We arrived late at night with no lights outside. Used flashlight on our phone to use the keypad. One night the keypad did not work and had to use the key which the info to locate was provided incase this did happen. There are some things the house is lacking that could help future renters. House is listed to sleep 12, but there is not enough pillows or even towels for 12. No robes as the description states. There is no towel bars in the master bath, just one hook on the door. The master bath double doors do not have handles on the inside to close the door. Someone needs to be in the bedroom to close the door or you need to walk around the kitchen thru the laundry to use the other door. The kitchen is lacking items, there is no toaster, no butter knifes, and only 1 outlet on the side of the island (no outlet behind the range or at the "Coffee station"). The stools at the island are too tall for the countertop island to sit comfortably. There are no lamps in the master bedroom, so when the lights are out hopefully you don't bump into the very heavy wood 4 poster bed. We were not able to flush toilet paper down the toilet in the guest bath, found out 3 days before our trip. We were able to make it work and used the Master, but this could be an issue with others depending who you are traveling with. Master mattress was the only bed we found comfortable. A couple in our group actually slept on the sofa as it was more comfortable.
